Payments

All payments on the site are made by Paypal, the secure, convenient and cost-effective, internationally recognised payment system. All payments are made in £ Sterling and the exchange rate used will be that of your card company.

A Paypal invoice will be issued to you once you have agreed any postal charges and asked us to proceed with the order.

Delivery

All orders will be sent within 5 days of us being notified by Paypal that payment of your invoice has been made. Proof of postage is obtained for all orders. You will be notified by e-mail that your order has been sent along with an estimated delivery time, however this time cannot be guaranteed by Needlework by Nikki.  UK deliveries will be sent by first class post.

For overseas deliveries the recipient will be liable for any import duties or taxes which may be levied once the package reaches its destination. It should also be noted that international deliveries maybe opened and inspected by customs authorities.

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be happy with your order. However, due to the ease of copying, we are not able to issue refunds on the instructions charts for Needlework by Nikki designs once you have been notified that the order has been sent. If for some reason we send you the wrong instructions then please notify us via the contact form within 10 days to get instructions on how to proceed. We will then resolve any issues within a further 10 days.

Copyright and Usage

Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and intellectual property rights in the designs belong to Nicola Fairhurst (Needlework by Nikki) and any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited.

If you wish to use any of the designs to raise money for charity, then please contact us.

If you wish to use any of the designs as a group project, the please contact us.

If you wish to enter any completed designs in an exhibition or competition then please attribute the design to Needlework by Nikki. (Good luck if you do enter any competitions - we would love to hear how you got on).
